Litérature culinaire - Culinary Literature

Samedi dernier nous sommes allés à Namur, visiter brièvement la ville et nous sommes tombés par hasard sur le Libraire Toqué (click, on peut commander online). Une superbe découverte: une librairie autour de la cuisine avec un accueil des plus sympatique! Je suis bien évidemment revenue avec un petit butin (moi et les livres...)... A commencer par deux livres pour mon fils:

A sweet discovery: a library around cooking with a warm welcome! I came back with a small booty of course! (books and me...) I started with books for my son:

Une histoire de petits pois qui se font avoir et une histoire de renard, de belette et de loup qui aimeraient déguster une dinde pour Noël et qui finissent en dindons de la farce...

A story of peas that are fooled and a story of a fox, a weasel and a wolf who would like to savor a turkey for Christmas and who end up being the fall guys...

Ensuite un livre pragmatique:

Et puis, le clou du spectacle, une découverte pour moi, une petite oeuvre d'art, et si je l'ai acheté, ce n'est pas tant pour cuisiner que pour la beauté de ce livre et le plaisir de le feuilleter encore et encore, je vous laisse juger....

And then, the highlight of the show, a discovery for myself, a small art piece, and if I bought it, it is not so for cooking but rather for the beauty of this book and the pleasure of flipping the pages again and again, I let you make your own judgment...
