Plaisir - Pleasure

Le week-end était bien, cosy et au chaud. Enfin à l'intérieur... Il a beaucoup plu alors j'en ai profité pour cuisiner sans me réfugier. Une tarte aux pommes caramélisées, quelque chose de simple... Et puis profiter de notr cheminée, même sans bois.
La semaine, c'est très souvent salade le soir au menu... Beaucoup de vert et un des soirs, j'en ai eu marre de tout ce vert alors j'ai fait du violet-orange... Et j'ai pas pris de photos! Carottes violettes, lentilles corail, saucisson, graines de cèdre grillées et je crois que c'était tout... C'était bon... Bonne semaine à vous!

The weekend was nice, cosy and warm. Well inside... It has been raining a lot, so I took this chance for baking for pleasure instead of taking refuge. A simple caramelized apple tarte... And enjoying our cheminey even if we don't have any wood.
During the week, it is more than often that we have salad on the menu... Lot of green and one evening, I was fed up with all this green, so I went on pruple-orange... And I did not took any pics! Purple carotts, coral lentils, sausage, roasted cedar seed and I think that was it... It was good... Have a good week!

les carottes violettes sont les pref de Suzette... mais qd tu les cuits elles perdent de leur teint dommage !
