2014 #3

Nous sommes à nouveau allés passer quelques jours dans le Kent. En arrivant, nous n'avons pu que constater les innodations un peu partout, les champs transformés en étangs, les routes fermées... Mais nous avons eu beaucoup de chance, car en plus d'un Dimanche ensoleillé qui nous a permis d'enfin faire une balade digne de ce nom et de suivre les "Public Footpath", le temps a été relativement clément les jours suivants. J'aime beaucoup ces principes de "Public footpath" qui permettent de ce promener dans la campagne, les chemins sont indiqués, numérotés et on retrouve un peu partout des installations qui permettent d'enjamber des clotûres. Une "trappe" est même prévu pour les chiens! Nous avons même été capables de voire un certains nombre d'animaux sauvages (des oiseaux principalement, les moutons n'étant pas vraiment sauvages!) Je continue donc mes objectifs de 2014, en me rapprochant de la Nature...

We went again in Kent to spend a couple of days. Arriving there, we could help but noticing the flooding everywhere, the fields which have been transformed into mere, the closed roads... But we have been pretty lucky,a s on top of a sunny sunday, which has allowed us to enjoy a great walk while following the public footpath, the weather has been rather kind with us the following days. I love very much the public footpath, to which I haven't found any equivalent here around. They allow you to discover the country side, the path are numbered and well indicated. You find along the paths, small "installations" to climb avoer fences and there are even hatches for the dogs! We even have been able to see a bit of wilde life (mostly birds, sheep arent really being part of the "wilde" life!). I stay on track with my 2014 goals  in getting closer the Nature.
